Every new product we offer comes with a warranty.

Warranty, service, and replacement conditions

Energy Net guarantees the functionality and quality of its products and will provide free repair or replacement of damaged parts during the warranty period.

Official Energy Net distributors are required to register the product and issue warranty certificates at the time of sale.

The warranty certificate ensures free repair of equipment during the warranty period. Service interventions within the warranty period are carried out by an authorized Energy Net technician.

WARRANTY AND EXTENSION

The warranty is activated once you have registered the product, with installation performed by an Energy Net-approved installer.
Regular maintenance is required to ensure the product's functionality and to qualify for warranty extension, where applicable, according to the warranty extension conditions. To activate the warranty, you need to provide a certificate of installation and a receipt.

CERTIFICATE OF INSTALLATION

The Certificate of Installation is the first step towards obtaining the warranty. It must be verified by an Energy Net-approved installer. After verification, you need to complete the registration by filling out the required information and submitting the certificate through either the contact point of the authorized installer who performed the installation or via the web service page.
