Knowledge Transfer and Expertise in Energy and Emerging Technologies

Energy Net Academy is part of the Energy Net Group specializing in education, including specialized training, retraining, and certification issuance, as well as providing the necessary training for obtaining licenses from the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Energy Net Academy organizes and conducts the following types of training:
• Training for obtaining a national license for working with fluorinated, gases and substances that deplete the ozone layer (Certificates A and B),
• Training for installers and service technicians of heat pumps,
• Training for installers and service technicians of gas boilers and pellet boilers,
• Training for installers and service technicians of Split, Multi-Split, and U-Match systems,
• Training for installers and service technicians of VRF systems,
• Training for installers of solar photovoltaic systems.

A1 Certificate

All individuals handling and working with refrigerants are legally required to hold an A1 license issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The A1 license certifies that the holder meets the requirements for performing the following activities:
Installation, maintenance, servicing, and leak detection of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, as well as heat pumps of all types and capacities that contain or rely on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Collection of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases from cylinders and equipment.
Disposal of such equipment.

B Certificate

B Certificate
All individuals involved in servicing air conditioning systems in motor vehicles are legally required to hold a B certificate issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Training for the B certificate is designed for air conditioning technicians working on N1 vehicles (freight vehicles up to 3.5 tons gross weight) and M1 vehicles (cars and minibuses with up to 8+1 seats) who do not yet possess a certificate in accordance with the Certification Regulation.

Solar and photovoltaic systems

All individuals who handle and work with refrigerants are legally required to possess an A1 certificate issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

The A1 certificate confirms that the holder meets the qualifications to perform the following activities:
Installation, maintenance, servicing, and leak detection of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, as well as heat pumps of all types and capacities, which contain or utilize substances that harm the ozone layer or fluorinated gases with a greenhouse effect.

Collection of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated gases from cylinders and equipment.
Disposal of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated gases.

The country's average annual solar radiation intensity is nearly 1,400 kWh/m², driving a growing demand for solar panels and, in turn, a rising need for skilled solar panel installers.
