The Energy Net Leadership Academy focused on developing the leadership and managerial competencies of our top management has concluded. The academy was organized into 10 modules covering topics such as communication and presentation skills, time management, situational leadership and delegation, feedback culture, mentoring and coaching, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
Through this program, we strengthened our management's competencies for effective planning and management of their activities, as well as for managing and developing their teams. This is an important step in our efforts to further strengthen the organization and human resources, which we will continue throughout 2024.
