Pharmaceutical Warehouse, VEGA LLC

Client's request:
To propose a solution for heating, cooling, and ventilation of the warehouse while maintaining constant air humidity at specified levels. It was also necessary to provide a source for heating and cooling through geothermal probes.
Our solution:
Heating and cooling of the facility were achieved using 20 geothermal probes, heat pumps, and pellet boilers. Ventilation, heating, and cooling of the warehouse, as well as humidity control, were handled through Weger air handling units with Madel distribution elements.
Result:
The system has been operating steadily for many years with minimal energy costs.

Private Hospital NEW Hospital, PAROCO

Client's request:
The client required a system for heating, cooling, and ventilation of patient rooms, clinics, and especially the operating block, which demanded sterile conditions.
Our solution:
Our solution:
For cooling and ventilation of the patient rooms in Paroco Hospital, we implemented cassette induction units of the Parasol Zenith and Paragon types, produced by Swegon, with variable air supply (two-pipe system) combining three functions: cooling, heating, and ventilation in one device. Heating is provided through existing underfloor heating in all rooms, with zone control in all areas via automatic regulation and Swegon controllers, which are also used to manage the induction units. Fresh air is introduced via the Gold RX Swegon air handling unit.
For the cooling, heating, and ventilation of the operating rooms in Paroco Hospital, we designed filtered ceilings with panel filters of class H14, with pressure control and zone regulation in all operating rooms through automatic regulators and Swegon controllers. Fresh air is introduced through the Gold PX Swegon air handling unit.
Result:
After commissioning and training staff to use the Swegon equipment and systems for automatic parameterization and monitoring, maximum system efficiency was confirmed, and energy costs were minimized.

Delta HQ - Delta Company Headquarters

Client's request:
The task was to design a heating, cooling, and ventilation system that would enable the building to achieve a GREEN certificate. The energy source was an existing power plant, and it was necessary to install indoor units and air handling units on each floor.
Our solution:
A heating and cooling solution was implemented using cassette-type induction units with high-efficiency air handling units from the manufacturer Swegon, located separately on each floor in a fully decentralized system.
Result:
After one year of using Swegon's system for automatic parameterization and monitoring, the maximum system efficiency was confirmed, the GREEN certificate was obtained, and energy costs were minimized.

Michelin Tire Factory

Client's request:
For this project, the goal was to transition from coal-fired boilers to stable production of saturated water steam at very high pressure and capacity for a new automotive tire manufacturing facility, while achieving maximum efficiency using heavy fuel oil as the energy source.
Our solution:
The solution involved a steam block boiler room with a capacity of 25 tons and 25 bar pressure, equipped with top-of-the-line equipment from the German manufacturer Bosch, featuring a modular steam boiler with automation to maximize the system's overall efficiency. A steam pipeline of 1000 meters was also installed alongside the boiler room.
Result:
The biggest challenge was utilizing the waste heat from the heavy fuel oil exhaust gases, which tend to adhere to the heat exchangers. This was successfully addressed with Bosch's steam injection solution, confirming maximum system efficiency and minimizing energy costs.

Swarovski Factory

Client's request:
The task was to propose a solution for heating, cooling, and ventilating the production hall using air handling units, while maintaining constant air humidity levels in the production facility.
Our solution:
Heating and cooling of the facility was achieved with 7 Weger hygienic air handling units for heating, cooling, and ventilation of the production area and maintenance/service rooms.
Result:
The air handling units meet all the designed parameters for all components, as confirmed by official measurements from an independent company.

Hotel Petram Resort and Vilas 

Savudrija, Croatia

Client's request:
The task was to provide an efficient system for heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary water preparation, pool heating, and ventilation for the kitchen and other facilities of this 5-star hotel.
Our solution:
We implemented a solution with four-pipe air-to-water heat pumps for simultaneous heating and cooling while also preparing sanitary water for all hotel spaces, including both indoor and outdoor spa centers. Heating and cooling were managed with FCU units, while ventilation was achieved using air handling units with variable air volume control for each room. Each room has independent energy consumption measurement through the BMS automatic control and monitoring system.
Result:
The entire project, including equipment delivery and installation, was completed within the scheduled timeframe, achieving all design parameters for the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including the automatic control system.
