If you experience any issues with our devices, please call our customer service center between 8 AM and 4 PM on business days, or contact us via email. We will provide you with the necessary support and, if needed, dispatch a technician as quickly as possible.

WARRANTY PERIOD +
Our services include prompt device maintenance and an extended warranty period for installations by ENERGY NET installers.
SERVICE NETWORK
We cooperate with more than 200 certified installers in the Republic of Serbia who have undergone several months of training at the ENERGY NET Academy, and will provide you with efficient and professional installation and maintenance.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance involves service activities during the warranty period. The warranty is activated when you register the product, with installation performed by an Energy Net-approved installer. Regular servicing is required to ensure product functionality and extend the warranty period for devices where this is provided.

FAULT REPORTING

Fault Reporting involves emergency service activities both within and outside the warranty period. If the fault occurs during the warranty period, the service team will respond as quickly as possible. It is important to note that if you regularly service the equipment and have a maintenance contract, you extend the warranty period, allowing you to use this service without additional charges for a longer time as the product remains under warranty. Fault reports can be submitted via email to korisnickapodrska@energynet.rs or through the Contact Center.
